In 2010, ex-lawyers Alex and Zack traded in their legal pads for a 1975 Chevy mail-truck turned Kelvin Slush-mobile. Nostalgic for the neon-hued slush of their youth, Alex and Zack set out to create a natural alternative to their favorite convenience store slush, using high quality all-natural ingredients featuring unique and sophisticated flavors.
Shortly after the Kelvin Slush Co. truck hit the streets, Kelvin won the Vendy Award for best food truck in NYC and developed a cult following at Smorgasburg and the Brooklyn Flea. Taking a cue from their loyal customers — who always brought flasks to the truck to spike their slush — Kelvin eventually started collaborating with bars & restaurants to create custom, premium frozen cocktails. Now you can find Kelvin on the menu at bars & restaurants around the county, as well as Madison Square Garden, the Barclays Center, Radio City Music Hall and the Beacon Theatre.
All Kelvin products are USDA Organic, non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free, kosher and all-natural. We do not use any artificial flavors, ingredients, colors or preservatives and we do not use artificial sweeteners or high-fructose corn syrup. In fact, the only sweeteners we use in our slush are raw organic evaporated cane sugar and organic agave.
