White Rum — 1.5L

Water — 2 gal

Mint purée* — to finish

*Blend mint leaves with fresh lime juice into a fine purée.

Serving Instructions: Add squeeze of mint purée to bottom of glass then fill with slush.


Garnish with lime wedge & fresh mint leaves 

Pro Tip: Try infusing rum with mint for 2-3 days prior to batching. We do NOT recommend putting mint purée in a slush or frozen drink machine.
