Slush Machine Batch Recipe
•Kelvin Citrus Slush Mix 1 bottle (64 oz)
•Bourbon 1.5 L
•Water 2 gal
•Mint Purée** & Lime Juice to finish*
Combine all ingredients & freeze in a slush machine
Blender Recipe
•Kelvin Citrus Slush Mix 2 oz
•Water 2 oz
•Bourbon 1.5 oz
•Ice 2 cups
•Mint Purée & Lime Juice to finish*
Combine all ingredients & blend until smooth
*Blend mint leaves with fresh lime juice into fine purée. Pro Tip: Try infusing Bourbon with mint for 2-3 days prior to mixing.
**We do NOT recommend putting mint purée in a slush machine.
