Slush Machine Batch Recipe

Kelvin Margarita (or Citrus) Slush Mix 1 bottle (64 oz)
White Rum 1.5 L
Water 2 gal
Mint Purée** & Lime Juice to finish*

Combine all ingredients & freeze in a slush machine

Blender Recipe

Kelvin Margarita (or Citrus) Slush Mix 2 oz
Water 2 oz
White Rum 1.5 oz
Ice 2 cups
Mint Purée & Lime Juice to finish*

Combine all ingredients & blend until smooth

*Blend mint leaves with fresh lime juice into fine purée. Pro Tip: Try infusing Bourbon with mint for 2-3 days prior to mixing.

**We do NOT recommend putting mint purée in a slush machine.
