Ain’t Your Average Frosé

We heard you like wine, so we put some wine in your frozen wine. When we say this ain't your average frozen rosé, we mean it–we doubled down on the wine, with both rosé, and a special guest star. We took everything we love about frosé and added Cocchi Americano, a dry white vermouth, to our standard recipe. We picked Cocchi Americano for its botanical notes from a proprietary blend of herbs, fruits, and spices. Our Kelvin Slush Frosé Mix plays just as nicely with this aperitif wine as it does with your favorite type of rosé. And since we were tweaking our original Frosé recipe, we decided to add some strawberry puree and gin as well–you know, because we like you like that. Just add the Kelvin Frosé Mix, rosé, gin, strawberry puree, Cocchi Americano, and water and/or ice to your slush machine or blender.

Slush Machine Batch Recipe

•Kelvin Frosé Mix 1 bottle (64 oz)
•Rosé Wine 4 bottles (4 x 750 mL)
•Gin 0.5 L
•Strawberry Puree 15 oz
•Cocchi Americano 0.25 L
•Water 2 gal

Combine all ingredients & freeze in a slush machine

Blender Recipe

•Kelvin Frosé Mix 2 oz
•Rosé Wine 3.5 oz
•Gin 0.5 oz
•Strawberry Puree 2 tbsp
•Cocchi Americano 0.25 oz
•Ice 2 cups

Combine all ingredients & blend until smooth
