Slush Machine Batch Recipe

• 1 bottle (64 oz) – Kelvin Margarita (or Citrus) Slush Mix
• 1.5 L – White Rum
• 2 gal – Water
• Mint purée, to finish*
• combine all ingredients & freeze in a slush machine


Blender Recipe

• 2 oz – Kelvin Margarita (or Citrus) Slush Mix
• 2 oz – Water
• 1.5 oz – White Rum
• 2 cups – Ice
• Mint purée, to finish*
combine all ingredients & blend until smooth


*Blend mint leaves with fresh lime juice into fine purée. 

Pro Tip: Try infusing rum with mint for 2-3 days prior to mixing.

We do NOT recommend putting mint purée in a slush machine.
